for Photobook Album Details Click Here Coverage In all but the bespoke packages our coverage starts from bridal preparations , this would normally be approx 1 hour prior to leaving for ceremony to allow us to capture makeup / final touches , dress being put on and bridesmaids family naturally as the day begins. In cases where travel betweeen the houses is possible we can also cover the grooms preparations if wished. We would continue through the day as far as the first dance where the day for us is complete. During mealtimes we gratefully accept any offer of food from yourselves or the venue , if this is not possible we will make our own arrangements but may have to leave the venue for a short time to do so. Editing and Supply of Images With two photographers on a full day we would expect roughly 300-400 final edited shots which we supply to you copyright free on disk in high res format, this can be used by yourselves to print anything you like pretty much to any size you want A4 / A3 / A2 / A1 etc The process of editing your shots is outlined HERE please take time to read this as it is important. Copyright Free is a general term used to describe the use of the images by the client ie there is no copyright logo on the images , in legal terms the photographer retains the copyright but licencses the client to print the images or use them for their own purposes as long as it is not used commercially or given to other companies without our authorisation. Online Gallery This will normally be the first stage in your photos being shown via a password protected online gallery which we will host online for a month for you and your relatives / friends to see. Disks are also available of images to purchase via the site. The online images are compressed to fit on the internet and are not representative of the final quality of the images supplied on disk. Travel Costs As far as we can we like to make everything inclusive , however for a small cost ( 40p per mile ) we are willing to travel and cover anywhere in the UK , please contact us with details of your date and venue for a quote. Equipment Photography as an art form requires the photographer to be profficient in the use of may peices of equipment , and all photographers differ in the makes and types of equipment they use , we personally use Canon 5Dmk2 cameras with a range of professional L lenses ranging from Ultra Low Light lenses for non flash use in church etc , to telephoto lenses for long distance capture of natural shots. We have two camera bodies and lenses in use in case of breakdowns. We do not use additional lighting setups other than flashguns to remain discreet and natural. Booking and Payment To book our services requires a deposit of £100 payable by cheque or bank transfer, we will then arrange a meeting with you at the venue or your home for a pre-wedding shoot and a chat about the day and your requirements and if necessary to look at albums and make a final decision on your choices , you may if you like book us for the photo only package and then decided to upgrade to an album package etc. Please CONTACT US here to book Final payments are due 14 days prior to the event. Pre-Weding Shoots These are included with storybook packages as standard , for other packages we are happy to organize a pre-wed shoot and will price this depending on the location and travelling distance , A pre wedding shoot is simply a relaxed look around your venue and a chance to get to know us and being photographed better , the shots can be supplied on disk with your final disks , or used for a frame or printed for the wedding day just ask us for what you require. |
